How /rant works

We had a long hard think about this and what we didn't want to do is become a censor, so as we asses rants we'll alter the copy if needed to protect the innocent. After all it's easy to get yourself into trouble by saying things in the heat of passion that you may regret later.

If we do alter copy, or should that be when we do alter copy, we'll make it blue, so you and the readers know that it's been altered slightly. Then, chances are, you'll make front page until the next rant comes along. Exceptional or timely rants may also find their way to Tech Talk Radio. It's our way of drawing attention to unfair and just stupid things which is likely to affect consumers in this country.

Naturally, the /rant team has the final say over content, but our aim is to make it as real and informative as possible.
